This tab allows you to set the additional controls for the QA Randomizer.
Internal Calls: When this checkbox is selected, internal calls will be included in the randomizer's selection.
Stopped Calls: When this checkbox is selected, stopped calls will be included in the randomizer's selection.
From Date: This field defines the number of past days that the randomizer will include when selecting call recordings for evaluation.
Update: Any changes made on this page will enable the Update button, which you can click to save your changes.
