The Client Heartbeats page provides a comprehensive view of system health by tracking how recently each Agent Client or Desktop Recorder last communicated with the server referred to as a heartbeat. Heartbeat mechanisms establish connectivity checks and uptime assurance through periodic signals, and their absence may indicate component failure or disconnection.
To view Client Heartbeats page:
Log in to the CR&A UI.
Click the Heartbeats menu. By default, the Client Heartbeats tab is displayed.
