Understanding the Client Heartbeats Dashboard

The Client Heartbeats dashboard displays the following columns:

Column

Description

Site Name

Indicates the workstation or environment where the client or recorder is installed.

Last Heartbeat

Indicates the most recent timestamp when that client successfully communicated with the server.

Windows Username

Indicates the local Windows user account under which the software is running.

User / Login

Indicates the system or domain user associated with the active session.

Version

Indicates the software or client version currently installed.

IP Address

Indicates the public IP address from which the client last reported.

Type

Indicates whether the entry is an Agent Client, Screen Recorder, or another recorder type.

Target Version

Indicates intended or configured version used for update planning and validation.

Visual Indicators and Color Coding

The dashboard uses intuitive color cues to highlight system status:

  • White Background: Indicates the client is active and has communicated within the acceptable heartbeat interval.

  • Purplish Background: Signals absence of a heartbeat for over 60 minutes indicating the client may be offline or experiencing an issue.
