Voice Call Capture

The Voice Call Capture app requires you to Allow the following permissions on your mobile device:

Permission	Description
Send notifications	Allows the app to send you alerts and notifications when you receive calls.
Access microphone	Allows the app to make calls, record and share voice messages, and videos with sound.
Access device contacts	Allows the app to read your contacts' names in the device. This is essential to: Make calls to your contacts through the app. Display the contact’s name when a call is received on the app. Identify which of your users are also Mobile Capture users in the app's Contact Lists.
Forward incoming calls	Allows the app to forward incoming calls on your phone number to the Smarsh Capture Mobile enterprise number allocated to your account.
Display notifications over other apps	Allows the app to notify you about incoming calls, while working on other applications.
Manage battery optimization	Allows the app to receive calls in sleep mode.
Record audio for VoIP calls	Allows the app to record audio for VoIP calls.
Manage phone calls for VoIP calls	Allows the app to make and receive VoIP calls.
Access nearby devices	Allows the app to connect to nearby devices.
