Applicable to Administrators
You can suspend a user when you do not want the user to not use the Mobile Capture app. When you suspend a user, the user's access to the Mobile Capture app is put on hold.
To suspend a user:
Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
In the User Management tab, select the checkbox against the user to suspend.

Click Suspend.
The user is suspended and the icon in the Status column is changed to
