Applicable to Administrators
To edit a user:
- Log in to the admin portal as an administrator. 
- In the User Management tab, click the username of the user to edit.  The details of the user are displayed. The details of the user are displayed.
- Edit the required user details and click Save. - Note - Communication data is archived only for Pro Users. To archive a user while allowing them to manage others, create the user as a Pro User and assign Sub Manager permissions. This enables them to access the Admin Portal as a Sub Manager and archive their own communication data. - To assign Sub Manager permissions to a Pro User, select the Account Sub Manager check box.
