Activating Users

Applicable to Administrators

You can activate a suspended user and reactivate a locked user from the application.

Note

The Locked status is implicitly applied by the system, the Suspended status is set by the administrator.

To activate/reactivate user accounts:

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.

  2. Click the User Management tab.

  3. Select a user to view the user account status.
    The Status is displayed as Locked for users locked from the Mobile Capture application.

  4. Return to the User Management main grid view

  5. Select the checkbox against the locked user.

  6. Click Activate.
    The message " User(s) activated successfully" is displayed.

The user can now log in to the Mobile Capture application.
