You can view starred messages to quickly locate and reference important messages.
Viewing Starred Messages in iOS
To view a starred message in iOS:
Open a chat conversation. Messages are displayed in thread view.
Select ⋮ (the menu icon) in the top right of the screen.
Select Starred messages.
The starred message is displayed.
If there are no starred messages, the following is displayed:
