User Base
There is no limit on the number of users that are supported on a Capture Mobile product.
User Management
Adding users: When adding users to Capture Mobile by importing an Excel file on the Admin Portal, you can add a maximum of 2,500 users in one Excel file.
Exporting users: All users in the system exported to an Excel file.
File Attachments
Capture Mobile archives all file attachments exchanged. The maximum supported file size is 25 MB. If the file attachment size exceeds 25 MB, only the file metadata is captured and not the actual file.

When archiving voice calls, in supported applications, the maximum supported file size of a call recording is 25 MB. For Android Capture, the maximum supported file size is 20 MB.
If the file size of a recording is greater than the supported size, additional recordings are created and archived as individual calls.
Note
When archiving WhatsApp Phone Capture calls, if the size of the call recording is greater than 25 MB, the call metadata and a message saying the call recording exceeds 25 MB is archived. The actual call recording is not archived.
Connectors
When archiving communication data using SMTP:
The maximum supported size of an SMTP email is 50 MB.
The maximum supported file size of an attachment in an email is 25 MB.
