Capture Mobile

The Mobile Capture Android app requires you to Allow the following permissions on your mobile device:

Permission	Description
Send notifications	Allows the app to send you alerts and notifications when you receive messages or calls on Mobile Capture.
Access to your address book	Allows the app to read your contacts' names. This is essential to: Send messages and make calls to your contacts through the app. Display the contact’s name when a message or a call is received on the app. Identify which of your users are also Mobile Capture users in the app's Contact Lists.
Access to your device's microphone	Allows the app to make calls, record and share voice messages, and videos with sound.
Access to photos, media, and files	Allows the app to share photos, media, and files on your device.
Archive messages and calls to your company's archive	Allows the app to send messages and calls data to your company's archive.
Enable display over other apps	Allows the app to notify you about incoming messages or calls, while working on other applications.
Manage battery optimization	Allows the app to receive messages and calls in sleep mode.
Record audio for VoIP calls	Allows the app to record audio for VoIP calls.
Manage phone calls for VoIP calls	Allows the app to make and receive VoIP calls.
Access nearby devices	Allows the app to connect to nearby devices.

The Mobile Capture iOS app requires you to Allow the following permissions on your mobile device:
