Applicable to Administrators

On the admin portal, you can generate reports about usage and transactions. You can also generate reports in a daily basis.

Summary Reports

The Summary report summarizes user data.

User Status Report

This report summarizes the number of users based on their status.

Usage Summary Report

This report summarizes the number of messages an employee has sent and the charges as applicable in a defined period.

Transaction Report

The Transaction report summarizes transaction data.

User Activation and PIN List

This report lists the user activation status and mobile PIN generated to sign in to Secure Mobile Capture. You must download the generated report to view the PIN for all users.

User Usage Report

This report summarizes the messages sent and received by the user and the charges as applicable.

My Usage Report

The My Usage report provides information about the admin's usage of the app and admin portal.

The summary table shows the total number of message, calls, emails, and messages you sent during the defined period and the charges for all the activity.

The next table is a detailed report about each message recipient and shows the following information for each message. If messages were sent to multiple recipients, each recipient is represented as a row in the table.

  • Message type – IP, SMS, Voice, Email

  • Destination – Recipient device value

  • Message delivery status

  • Message time

  • Duration – For voice calls only.

  • Segments – How many SMS were sent. This is captured only for SMS.

Daily Reports

The Daily Report provides a quick summary of key user activities, messaging trends, and network performance over the last 24 hours.
