T-Mobile Capture Workflow

The following section explains the T-Mobile Capture:

1. Employees are provisioned for archiving T-Mobile data in Capture Mobile by contacting T-Mobile.

2. A Smarsh representative enrolls T-Mobile employees in the Company Admin portal.

3. Capture Mobile captures mobile communication for provisioned company employee phones from T-Mobile.

4. Messages flow through the Capture Mobile router and are forwarded to the company’s enterprise archive.

5. Messages are deleted from T-Mobile Capture once archived.
