The following prerequisites must be met to archive the T-Mobile Capture data:
Ensure that you have an administrator account and user licenses from Capture Mobile.
Ensure that you have provisioned your employees through T-Mobile.
Ensure that you have a T-Mobile account and have the necessary billing contact details for completing onboarding forms.
Ensure employees use corporate-owned and corporate-liable mobile phones on T-Mobile. The product is not available for employee-owned devices.
Ensure to inform employees that the service is for mobile compliance and governance and that their communications are being archived.
Ensure to disable enhanced messaging services such as iMessage on iPhone devices and Rich Communication Services (RCS) on android devices for message archiving.
Ensure to inform the Smarsh representative of the destination, such as Microsoft 365 or SMTP, where the archived data will be accessed. Additionally, provide the necessary details about the chosen destination to ensure a smooth and accurate archiving process. For example, if you wish to choose SMTP as your destination, provide the email address where the archived data will be viewed.
