In the Productivity Tools section, you can find the following apps by default:
By clicking Add(+), you can browse more apps to be added under the Productivity Tools.
Calendar, Meeting, Live and WeDrive
Calendar, Meeting, Live, Company paid call and WeDrive is visible in WeCom by default.
Calendar: Allows you to schedule, create to-do lists, and reserve meeting rooms. Members' actions in the calendar is archived.

Meeting: Allows you to schedule or join meetings. Member's meeting records are archived.

Live: Enables you to start or schedule live streams anytime and anywhere. Statistics such as streamer, viewer, and time are archived.

File: Allows you to safely store documents and files in the cloud, making them easier to share. Members' actions such as upload and download is archived.

Company-paid Call: Allows you to call your colleagues and customers for free, with expenses paid jointly by the organization. It is not VoIP, and statistics of each call regarding caller IDs, time, and length are archived.

Form
Form feature enables you to create and fill in forms, view statistics, and share forms with customers.
You can initiate form creation either from scratch or by utilizing templates. Admins have the authority to toggle the permission for ordinary users to create forms on or off.
