Applicable to Administrators and End users

In Internal Management, you can access the following default apps. By clicking Add, users can browse more apps to be added under the Internal Management category.

Approval

The Approval app enables you to manage and initiate applications for approval, such as requests for leave, overtime, company cars, requisitions, and more.

You can perform the following:

  • Draft new applications. 

  • Applications for others for the user’s approval. 

  • Application status of sent out items.

  • Management of applications template and application record.

Report

Reports app allows you to perform the following:

  • Create a new report, such as a daily or weekly report and sales report.

  • View submitted or received reports.

  • View statistics of different types of reports.

  • Management of report permissions.

Meeting room and Announcement

Meeting room and announcement allows you to:

  • Booking and managing online meetings in the meeting room. Members' booking actions are archived.

  • Creating new announcements with specific recipients. The member's action of creating an announcement are archived.

HR Assistant

HR Assistant allows you to perform the following:

  • By clicking into the HR Assistant on the homepage, you can manage a variety of Human Resources matters, from managing former and current employees' rosters to handling payroll and attendance.

  • By clicking on My in the bottom bar, you can manage probation, department transfer, and dismissal.

Health Report, Forum and Industry News

  • Health Report: Users can create Health Reports, and Admins can toggle the permission for ordinary users to create reports on and off.

  • Forum: A platform for members of the organization to exchange opinions and ideas. 

  • Industry News: An app for receiving daily news, where Admins can specify up to 10 topics of interest for the news to be pushed accordingly.
