The following section explains the O2 Capture workflow:

1. You can provision employees by contacting O2 directly for provisioning employees.

2. You can enroll or register the employees for O2 network archiving on the Smarsh platform.

3. Capture Mobile captures mobile communication for provisioned company employee phones from O2.

4. Messages flow through the Network Carrier Capture router and are forwarded to the company’s enterprise archive.

5. Messages are deleted from O2 Capture once archived.
