Capture Mobile offers several methods to archive mobile communication. One of the easiest methods to implement is SMTP forwarding of messages into a central or per-employee mailbox. This can be done as regular emails or as a journaling wrapped message. Depending on your selection, messages are sent in real-time (non-threaded) or once in 24 hours (threaded) for receiving messages:
Real-time (Non-Threaded): You will receive an individual email for each captured message as it is archived. This is the default setting.

Threaded (Daily Digest): Messages are grouped into conversation threads and delivered in a single email once a day.
Verizon users: Threaded emails are sent at 3:00 PM GMT the following day.
All other products: Threaded emails are sent at 1:00 AM the following day.

To switch to the threaded message option, contact your account manager to activate the threaded message delivery solution.
Display Format
You can choose any of the following formats for the SMTP Participant (Sender/Recipient) Header in the emails you receive.
The default format is Option 1 First Last Mobile <email>. If you would like to choose another format, please contact your account manager.
