Registering an Account on CR&A

Before You Begin

You should have received a registration email from CR&A or an authorized CR&A partner.

To register a new account on CR&A:

  1. Open the email you received.

  2. Click the registration link to navigate to:
    https://newaccount.callcabinet.com/Account/Register

  3. In the Customer Company Details section, provide the following information:

    • Company Name: Enter your full company name.

    • Telephone: Enter a valid contact number (include country code).

    • Address 1: Enter the primary address (this field is mandatory).

    • Address 2 and Address 3: Optional fields for additional address information.

    • City: Enter the city where your company is located.

    • State: Enter the applicable state or region.

    • ZIP Code: Provide the correct postal or ZIP code.

    • Country: Select the country from the drop-down list.

    • Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone from the drop-down list.

    • Business Contact: Enter the name or email address of your primary business contact.

    • Finance Contact: Enter the contact details of your finance or billing representative.

    • Compliance Contact: Provide the contact details of the compliance representative responsible for regulatory communication.

  4. In the Web Url - Create Your Custom CallCabinet Web Address section, enter a unique name to form your organization's login URL in the format:
    https://<your-entry>.callcabinet.com

    For example, if you enter abc enterprises, your login URL will be https://abcenterprises.callcabinet.com

    Note

    Save this URL to log into your CR&A account.

  5. In the Customer Administrator Details section, provide the following information:

    • First Name: Enter the first name of the primary administrator.

    • Last Name: Enter the last name.

    • Email Address: Enter a valid and active work email address.

    • Password: Enter a secure password.

    • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.

  6. Select the check box under Accept Terms & Complete Signup section and click Create My Account to complete the signup process.

You will receive an email to verify your email address.

Once your email is verified, you will receive a second email confirming your registration. This email includes:

  • Customer ID

  • Customer (Company) Name

  • Site ID

  • Site Name

After receiving the confirmation email, log in using your personalized login page (for example, https://abcenterprises.callcabinet.com) to access the CR&A UI.

Note

You can only log in through your company's specific login URL.
