Logging In to CR&A

Once the registration process is complete, you can access CR&A account through the company’s personalized login URL.

To log in to CR&A UI:

  1. Enter the URL in the following format:
    https://<your-entry>.callcabinet.com

  2. In the Email Address box, enter the email address used during registration.

  3. In the Password box, enter the password you created during registration.

  4. Click Login.

  5. If Two-Factor authentication is enabled, a One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered email. Alternatively, if you use an authenticator app, enter the code it generates in the OTP field displayed.

Logging in Using SSO

If your registered email is associated with an SSO-supported provider, you can log in using one of the following services:

  • Google (Gmail / Google Apps)

  • Microsoft (Azure, Office 365, Live, NTLM)

  • Okta

  • Ping Identity

  • SAML-based SSO provider

To log in using SSO:

  1. Access the CR&A UI through your personalized login URL.

  2. On the login page, click the corresponding SSO icon. Choose Google, Microsoft, Okta, or your organization’s Ping Identity or SAML SSO option depending on which one matches the email address used during registration.
    You will be redirected to your identity provider’s login screen.

  3. Complete authentication through your provider.

    If successful, you will be logged into your CR&A account.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, you can reset using Forgot your password? link.

To reset your password:

  1. Access the CR&A UI through your personalized login URL.

  2. On the CR&A login page, click Forgot your Password.

  3. On the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? screen, enter your registered email address.

  4. Click Submit.

A temporary password is sent to your email address.

Use the temporary password to log in.

Note

Once logged in, you are prompted to create a new password to replace the temporary one.
