The Quality Assurance (QA) Dashboard provides supervisors, analysts, and admins with a comprehensive view of QA activities, scores, and trends. The QA dashboard also serves as the launch point for the QA Randomizer. To access this dashboard, users must have one of the following licenses: QA Supervisor, QA Analyst, or QA Admin.
From this dashboard, licensed users can:
View QA performance trends and averages.
Filter and analyze completed QA sessions.
Launch the QA Randomizer to score calls.
Export QA data for further reporting.
Note
An admin can configure the decimal resolution (0–4) for QA percentage scores in Settings > General > Quality Assurance Settings.
