To view more information about server heartbeats, you can request a detailed log.
To view detailed heartbeat logs:
In the Server Heartbeats section, click the Log icon corresponding to the server for which you want to view the logs.
A confirmation dialog appears, asking if you want to request the log.
Click Yes to proceed.
An email is sent to your mailbox with the detailed heartbeat log for your review.
