The Reporting feature empowers users to access the main Reporting page and generate critical insights. Access is available to users with specific roles and licenses, including but not limited to Advanced User License, Quality Assurance Analyst License, Quality Assurance Admin License, and other roles listed on the Custom User Roles page.
Upon reaching the Reporting interface, users can explore a curated list of available report types. They can then choose the report that fits their needs, such as a Call Duration report and define precise criteria to focus their analysis. For example, report parameters might include timeframes such as by day, by month, or further granularity such as by agent by day of the month, or by extension by month of year. This flexible filtering framework ensures that reports deliver relevant, actionable data tailored to specific operational requirements.
