Applicable to End Users
Due to Tencent's limitations, once authorization is granted, you will not encounter the authorization page again. Consequently, you must navigate to the authorization management page to grant access to sensitive information for a specific user.
To re-add credentials to app:
In the WeCom app, open the app configuration page by tapping the ellipsis icon, then tap on Archiver.

Click Sensitive Personal Information Authorization.

Click Manage.

Select Mobile number and Email, then click Save.

Return to the app info page and click Update info.

If successful, your information will be updated. If there is no prompt for the authorization page, do not panic, as WeCom is already in silent authorization mode, and no prompt box is displayed. After the user information is updated, your personal information will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
