Applicable to Administrators

As an admin, you can manage how you receive communication from Capture Mobile. The Mailing Lists page in the Admin Portal allows you to add and manage email addresses for subscribing to critical notifications from Capture Mobile. The Mailing Lists page has the following sections:

  • The email addresses of exiting admins are automatically added to receive critical notifications.

  • You can add a maximum of 100 email addresses of users under your management for subscription.

Subscribe to Updates

This section allows you to add email address and select the mailing list category. For more information, see Adding Emails for Subscription.

View Subscribed Mailing Lists

This section lists the email addresses subscribed to critical notifications from Capture Mobile.

To remove an email address from any mailing lists category, click the button in the respective tab.
