Capture Mobile offers several methods for provisioning users:
Online Provisioning Form: This form allows you to submit requests to add, remove, or modify user details for the Capture Mobile service. You can submit requests for individual employees or upload an Excel file for bulk requests. You will receive an email confirmation for each submission. All requests are processed centrally once a day, and you will receive a ticket number for tracking. Once processed, you will be notified of the completion of onboarding or offboarding. Automated API (User Provisioning API): This option is available only for users with an advanced service level. Contact your account manager or project team to obtain the updated password-protected link to the online provisioning form.
