Signature

Applicable to End Users

A signature is a personalized block of text that is appended to a message. Appending a signature to messages increases the character count of the message. A signature is not displayed in the message composer.

To configure signatures in both iOS and Android devices:

1. Tap Settings > Chats > Signature.

2. Type your signature in the text box.

3. In the Add signature to messages section, select one of the following modes:

   Signature Mode	Description
   Manually	In the message composer, tap the Attachments icon > Signature to manually add the signature to each message.
   Always	The signature is automatically appended to each message.
   First outgoing message in a thread	The signature is automatically appended to the first message sent in a thread.
   Daily	The signature is added daily to the first message sent in a thread.

Note

Signature is not supported for the location, contact, and audio clip media types.
