Sending Messages to All Contacts

Applicable to Administrators

To send a message to all users in the contact list:

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.

  2. Click My Contacts or Global Contacts.

  3. Click More > Send to All Contacts.

  4. Select the destination to which you want to send the message: Mobile, Mobile (Voice), Email, Business (Voice), Home (Voice), or Fax.

  5. Click Next.
    The Compose Message page is displayed with the selected destination(s) of all contacts added to the To field.

  6. Compose your message and click Send.
