You can send messages to any contact in your address book that contains a phone number. For recipients without the Mobile Capture application or WebChat, the message is delivered as an SMS.
You can send messages to a single recipient or multiple recipients. When sending to multiple recipients, you can create a new chat group.
Sending a Message to New User
To send a message:
Click the + icon.

Click New chat.

From the list of contacts, click on the person with whom you wish to start the conversation.

Enter the message in the box and click the Send icon.

Sending a Message to an Existing User
This option is useful when you have an ongoing conversation with a particular user.
To send a message to an existing user:
Open an existing chat conversation. The messages are displayed in thread view.
Type the message.
Tap the Send icon.
Sending a Message as a Sub User
If you are a sub user, you can send messages on behalf of the main user. To send a message as a sub user:
Log in to WebChat as a sub user.
Open a new chat or an existing conversation.
Type the message.
Tap the Send icon.
When you send a message as a sub user, the sub user's username is shown in the message.

Messages sent by main user

The sub user's username is shown in the message only for the main user and sub user. This enables the main user to differentiate the messages sent by them and the sub user. The recipient always sees the messages as sent by the main user.
When the messages are archived, the archive body indicates if the message was sent by the sub user or main user.
