Provisioning Archiving

Although users who have installed the WeCom app can chat and/or call other WeCom/WeChat contacts, these chats and calls will not be archived unless provisioned for archiving by Smarsh support. Ensure to contact Smarsh support if your chats or calls are not archived in your requested archive destinations.
