Managing Archive Plans

Applicable to Administrators

As an admin, you can manage your assigned archive plans on the Archive Management page by assigning and unassigning users. The Archive Management page has the following sections:

User Count

The user count section displays the following information about users:

  • Total Users (Admins Included): Indicates the total number of users under the admin, including the admin.

  • Users in Archive Plans: Indicates the number of users, under the current admin, who are assigned to at least one archive plans.

Archive Plans

The archive plans section displays information about all archive plans assigned to the admin. The table in this section displays columns based on the assigned archive plan.

  • Source: Indicates the Capture Mobile application used to archive communications.

  • Destination: Indicates the supported third-party storage destination where communications are archived. To configure archiving destinations such as Microsoft 365, SMTP, and SFTP, see Connectors.

  • Email: Indicates the email address of the destination when communications are archived to an SMTP server or Proofpoint. This column is displayed only when the admin has SMTP or Proofpoint as a configured destination in an archive plan.

  • Network Account ID: Indicates the account ID for Verizon, and external ID for AT&T, O2, and TELUS. For other network carriers, the Network Account ID is not displayed. This column is displayed only when:

    • An organization is using Network Carrier Capture with Network Account ID.

    • The admin has an archive plan with a mobile carrier as source.

  • Thread Archiving: Indicates whether conversations must be archived as individual messages or in a threaded format. When the checkbox is enabled, conversations are archived in the threaded format at 5AM GMT every day.

  • Number of Assigned Users: Indicates the number of users assigned to the archive plan.

  • Export Users to CSV: Export user details in an archive plan to a CSV file. The CSV file has the following user information:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Mobile Number

    • Email

  • Actions: Indicates the actions the admin can perform in an archive plan. The admin can assign and unassign users to an archive plan.
