Display Mode, Grouping, and Visibility to Parties

  1. In the Manage Company page, tap Display in Workplace.

    The following screen is displayed:

  2. Perform any of the following:

    1. Display Mode: Tap this option to choose the apps to be displayed in a list or as squares.

    2. Group and sort apps/mini programs: Tap this option to group and sort the apps by category and usage frequency.

    3. Visible to members: Tap this option to control visibility of apps to different types of users. The following options are displayed:

      1. Contact Customers: When disabled, the following features are hidden from members without permission and only visible to super admins:

        • Customer Group

        • Customer Moments

        • Resign Inheritance

        • WeChat Customer Service

        • Group Msg Send Assistant

      2. Custom display in Workspace is "key data": Administrators can customize whether key data associated with contacting customers will be displayed.

      3. Partner Space: If disabled, Partner Space is hidden for members who have not joined any partner space. This feature remains available to super admins.

      4. Third-party App: If disabled, options related to Third-party Apps are not visible to members and are only accessible to super admins.

      5. Onsite Service: If disabled, access to the Onsite Service feature is not visible to members and only accessible to super admins.
