You can add new contacts to Mobile Capture.

Adding a Contact in Android

To add a new contact in an Android device:

  1. On the CHATS/CALLS main screen, tap the menu icon Three vertical dots representing a menu or options in a user interface. > Contacts.

  2. On the Contacts screen, tap the menu icon Three vertical dots representing a menu or options in a user interface..

  3. Tap Add Contact.

  4. Enter the contact information and tap Save.

Adding a Contact in iOS

In iOS, you can add a new contact from the New Message, Missed Call, or Voicemail screens.

To add a new contact from the New Message screen:

  1. Tap the Chats icon to view the voicemail chat thread.

  2. Tapicon.

  3. Tap New Contact.
     

  4. Enter the First name and Last name.
     

  5. Tap add phone.

  6. In the mobile box, enter the phone number.

  7. Tap Done.

To add a new contact from the Missed Call or Voicemail screens:

  1. Tap the number.

  2. From the resulting menu, tap Add to Contacts.

  3. Enter the First name and Last name.
