The following Supervision reports are available with the Supervision module:

Escalation Queue Status Report by Reviewer

Provides details about all escalation queues listed by specified reviewers.

 

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Escalation Queue Status Report by Reviewer.
  3. From the Reviewers drop-down, select the reviewers.
  4. From the Queue List, select the group or individual who escalated the queue.
  5. From the Preset Date Ranges drop-down, select a date range. The Start and End date populate accordingly.
  6. In Show Definitions, select True if you want to view the descriptions of the following columns:
    • Total Archived Messages

    • Messages Added to Queue

    • Messages Reviewed

    • % Reviewed

    • % Not Reviewed

    • Messages Escalated

    • Marked Violations

    • Queue Universe Section

  7. Click View Report.

To export this report to one of the following formats, click Save Report and then select the required format:

  • XML
  • CSV
  • PDF
  • MHTML
  • Excel
  • TIFF
  • Word

Escalation Queue Status Report by Queue

Lists escalation queues by the specified queue names.


To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Escalation Queue Status Report by Queue.
  3. From the Queue List drop-down, select the name of the queue.
  4. From the Preset Date Ranges drop-down, select a date range. The Start and End date populate accordingly.
  5. In Show Definitions, select True if you want to view the descriptions of the following columns:
    • Total Archived Messages

    • Messages Added to Queue

    • Messages Reviewed

    • % Reviewed

    • % Not Reviewed

    • Messages Escalated

    • Marked Violations

    • Queue Universe Section

  6. Click View Report.

To export this report to one of the following formats, click Save Report and then select the required format:

  • PDF
  • MHTML

  • Word

Review Summary

Provides the list of messages selected for review, messages reviewed, and messages that require attention for the specified content types.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Review Summary.
  3. From the Date Range option, select a date range.
  4. From the Content Types option, select the content type for which you want to review the summary.
  5. In the Reviewers option, specify the reviewers who reviewed the messages.
  6. In the Groups option,  specify the groups to which the reviewers belong.

  7. Click Run Review Report Summary.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

Email

Provides visibility into all email message visual inspections and updates performed by users. Use this report to identify if users are meeting their message review quotas.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Email.
  3. From the Offices list, select an office according to your requirements. 
  4. From the Users list, select the users who reviewed the emails. 
  5. From the Mailboxes list, select the mailboxes through which the emails were sent. 
  6. From the Hierarchy Groups list,  specify the groups to which the reviewers belong.

  7. From the Message Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were generated.
  8. From the Review Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were reviewed.
  9. Click Generate Report.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

Email - Detailed Action

Provides all email message reviews performed by users during a customizable time period.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Email - Detailed Action.
  3. From the Mailboxes list, select the mailboxes through which the emails were sent. 

  4. From the Review Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were reviewed.
  5. From the Message Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were generated.
  6. Click Generate Report.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

IM & Social Media

Provides all IM message visual inspections and updates performed by users during a customizable time period.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click IM & Social Media.
  3. From the Offices list, select an office according to your requirements. 
  4. From the Users list, select the users who reviewed the messages. 
  5. From the Mailboxes list, select the mailboxes through which the messages were sent. 

  6. From the Message Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were generated.
  7. From the Review Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were reviewed.
  8. Click Generate Report.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

Bloomberg Message

Provides all Bloomberg message visual inspections and updates performed by users during a customizable time period.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Bloomberg Message.
  3. From the Offices list, select an office according to your requirements. 
  4. From the Users list, select the users who reviewed the messages. 
  5. From the Mailboxes list, select the mailboxes through which the messages were sent. 

  6. From the Message Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were generated.
  7. From the Review Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were reviewed.
  8. Click Generate Report.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

Instant Bloomberg

Provides all Instant Bloomberg message visual inspections and updates performed by users during a customizable time period.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Instant Bloomberg.
  3. From the Offices list, select an office according to your requirements. 
  4. From the Users list, select the users who reviewed the messages. 
  5. From the Mailboxes list, select the mailboxes through which the messages were sent. 

  6. From the Message Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were generated.
  7. From the Review Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were reviewed.
  8. Click Generate Report.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

Policy-Based Review

Shows action taken by reviewers on Email, IM, or Social Media messages that are flagged by the Policy Rule Engine.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Policy-Based Review.
  3. From the Content Type option, select Email or IM and Social Media.
  4. From the Message Date Range option, select a date range in which the emails were generated.
  5. From the Status drop-down list, select the status of the message.
  6. From the Flag drop-down list, select the flag that is set to the message.
  7. Select one of the following options to filter the messages based on users:
    1. To filter users from different offices, click Show Users in Selected Offices, and then select the offices from the displayed list.
    2. To filter users based on permissions to the selected hierarchy groups, click Show Users with Permission to selected Hierarchy Groups, and then select the groups from the displayed list.
  8. (Optional). To see only those users who have review permissions, select the Only Show Users with Review Permissions check box. 

  9. (Optional). If you are reviewing content for IM and Social Media, select the Include IM and Social Media Network details for each Reviewer check box.
  10. From the Sort Field 1 and Sort Field 2 lists, select one of the following parameters to generate the report, and select either ascending or descending order according to your requirements:

    • Username
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Rep ID
    • Office
    • Flagged by VCO
    • Still Flagged
    • No Longer Flagged
  11. Click Generate Report.

To export this report to Excel, click Export to Excel. To print this report, click Print.

Review Queue Status by Reviewer

Provides details about all review queues listed by specified reviewers.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Review Queue Status by Reviewer.
  3. From the Reviewers drop-down, select the reviewers.
  4. From the Queue List, select the queues.
  5. From the Preset Date Ranges drop-down, select a date range. The Start and End date populate accordingly.
  6. In Show Definitions, select True if you want to view the descriptions of the following columns:
    • Total Archived Messages

    • Messages Added to Queue

    • Messages Reviewed

    • % Reviewed

    • % Not Reviewed

    • Messages Escalated

    • Marked Violations

    • Queue Universe Section

  7. Click View Report.

To export this report to one of the following formats, click Save Report and then select the required format:

Review Queue Status by Queue

Lists queues by the specified queue names.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Review Queue Status by Queue.
  3. From the Queue List drop-down, select the name of the queue.
  4. From the Preset Date Ranges drop-down, select a date range. The Start and End date populate accordingly.
  5. In Show Definitions, select True if you want to view the descriptions of the following columns:
    • Total Archived Messages

    • Messages Added to Queue

    • Messages Reviewed

    • % Reviewed

    • % Not Reviewed

    • Messages Escalated

    • Marked Violations

    • Queue Universe Section

  6. Click View Report.

Aging Message Review

Displays a total number of messages that are marked as open and assigned to each reviewer.

To view the report:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. In the Supervision section, click Aging Message Review. The report page is displayed.

To export this report to one of the following formats, click Save Report and then select the required format:
