On the Client Heartbeats page, you can quickly visualize which versions of the CR&A Desktop Client and Desktop Recorder your agents are running:
Click the magnifying-glass icon next to Number of client installs, Number of desktop recorder installs, or both, depending on your needs.
A pie chart is displayed, summarizing the installed versions across your client base.
To return to the default heartbeat view, simply click the magnifier icon again.
