If a question is no longer needed or was added by mistake, you can remove it from the evaluation form. Deleting a question helps keep the form accurate and relevant to your evaluation process.
To delete a question from an evaluation form:
On the QA Scorecards page, click the Edit icon next to the evaluation form from which you want to delete a question.
Click Remove Question.
Click
(Reposition icon) on the question which you wish to delete.The question is deleted.
Click Save and Exit to save the changes.
In the Save dialog, update any details if required (such as form name, passing percentage, description, or Archive settings), and then click Save.
The form saved successfully message is displayed.
To create a copy of the form under a new name, click Save As.
