Applicable to Administrators
To edit a user:
Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.
In the User Management tab, click the username of the user to edit.
The details of the user are displayed.Edit the required user details and click Save.
Note
Communication data is archived only for Pro Users. To archive a user while allowing them to manage others, create the user as a Pro User and assign Sub Manager permissions. This enables them to access the Admin Portal as a Sub Manager and archive their own communication data.
To assign Sub Manager permissions to a Pro User, select the Account Sub Manager check box.
