Changing Your API Password

You can use the My Profile option to view your details, sign out, or change your API password.

Note

This password is not used for logging in to the Admin Portal.
The API password is only used for integrations such as:

  • Setting up Microsoft connectors, or

  • Configuring a WeChat Admin account for non-hosted companies.

  1. Log in to the admin portal as an administrator.

  2. Click your username in the upper-right corner.

  3. Click My Profile.

  4. On the Settings > My Profile page, in the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter your preferred password.
